Djokovic began to carefully watch everything in his diet as he fought what he has termed as a type of allergic asthma that was triggered by the pressure of competition.

He attributes this makeover, which occurred under the management of a medical team, with turning him from a player on the threshold of quitting the tour into one of the greatest champions of all time. Before ultimately converting to a completely plant-based diet, Djokovic started the process by avoiding foodstuffs that contained gluten, dairy, and refined sugar.

Novak Djokovic recently discussed his everyday diet with Graham Bensinger. Djokovic conceded that back in the day he was exceptionally frustrated when he had to retire while playing some matches.

Djokovic’s dietary regime is described below:

“When I wake up in the morning I start with warm water and lemon to help my body purify. And then I drink a glass of celery juice on an empty stomach. Then I’ll take a pause and have my green smoothie with diverse algae and many fruits plus superfoods and great supplements that I use that allow me to have mental precision and feel good. I eat a good quantity of fruits for the first part of the day followed by salads.”

Then Novak Djokovic said that he avoids eating foods that require too much energy for digestion.

“I don’t like to eat any food that would consume too much energy for digestion, particularly in the first part of the day because that’s when I require bulk of my energy for training,” he added. “So I’m keeping things quite simple and I would have grains like sweet potato and normal potato, like steamed or boiled and quinoa, wild rice, etc”

Talking to Dave Martin on NTD News, Dr McCullough also mentioned that there could be damage to the skeletal muscles, nerves and the brain after taking the COVID vaccine.

Dr. McCullough further reiterated that a paper published on NCAA athletes has proven that they have a lesser rate of COVID-19 than the over-all student population.

Despite the peril of falling behind in the all-important Grand Slam battle, Novak Djokovic has been resolute with his stance on vaccination.

Talking to the media after his Wimbledon victory, the Serb reiterated that while he was reluctant to take the jab, he hoped that the American Government would tweak the rules to permit him to take part in the last Grand Slam of the year.

Roland Garros organizers have confirmed that Novak Djokovic will be allowed to defend his title as the tournament prepares to stage what is expected to be the first Grand Slam without any health limitations since the lockdowns began two years ago.

From the beginning of May 2022, France lifted restrictions in almost all public spaces except hospitals, nursing homes and public transport, meaning the French Open should witness spectators at full capacity.
Russian tennis players, of the likes of Daniil Medvedev, will also be permitted to play at the Roland Garros but as neutral athletes because of the war started by their country in neighbouring Ukraine.

Novak Djokovic, the 20-time Grand Slam champion, was unable to defend his Australian Open title in January 2022 after being expelled from the country. He had at first been admitted to the competition despite not being vaccinated. He told the BBC last month that he was prepared to skip upcoming Grand Slam competitions as well if they required him to get vaccinated.

Djokovic, was also unable to play at the Indian Wells and Miami ATP 1000 tournaments since he was unable to enter the United States without proof of vaccination.

While that is not necessary to enter Paris, French tennis federation president Gilles Moretton cautioned that things could change before the contest starts May 22.

It shows how Novak Djokovic chooses everything best — from garments to books and even fruits — using his tennis impulses.

Raiffeisen Bank International AG released the advertisement two days ahead of Novak Djokovic’s 34th birthday. “Selecting the best ball for a solid service is a customary tennis habit. How would you pick the best?” the bank wrote on their site while hinting about the advert.

RBI also published the clip on their Twitter handle and voiced their enthusiasm. They reached out to the player’s fans to watch the clip.

Along with the short movie clip commercial, the bank also published the behind-the-scenes recording of the commercial. It was shot in Novak Djokovic’s house in Monte Carlo and features amusing character of the tennis star.

Novak Djokovic released a statement about his partnership with the organisation and acknowledged that the bank has teamed up with him for his academy in Belgrade, Serbia.

Earlier, the player also appeared in a funny advertisement with another tennis legend Maria Sharapova.

They were seen together in the ad campaigns of their racquet sponsors, Head.

Djokovic was seen mimicking Maria donning a wig and even adopting her mannerism.

The Australian Open officials confirmed that a very modest proportion of players and officials would be given medical exemption to enter Melbourne Park unvaccinated, boosting hopes that Djokovic could compete in the opening major of the year without revealing his COVID-19 vaccination status.

World No.1 seed Novak Djokovic may well be given medical exemption to compete in the Australian Open, which is scheduled to start on January 17, even though tournament director Craig Tiley did not shed light on any development with regards to the Serbian’s participation.

Earlier, the Australian Open planners had said that no health exemptions would be granted to players unless there was a legitimate reason.

But a few days back, Tiley conceded that some people would be granted an exemption. “The good thing is that everyone [coming to Melbourne Park) is vaccinated,” said Tiley. “Everyone who is coming in is vaccinated and there will be a small percentage that will have a medical exemption.”

The funny fact about this entire debate on Novak Djokovic’s vaccination status is that no one really knows if he has been vaccinated or not. The Serb has decided to keep that part a big secret. There is a 50% chance that he has been vaccinated already. That being the case, then why is he keeping it a secret?

Tiley also said he was positive that Rafael Nadal will recover in time and will play in Melbourne despite testing positive for COVID-19.
