Serena Williams has a dinner get-together at the beach where COCKROACHES are on the menu.
Serena Williams stunned her fans a few days back when she revealed that her seaside dinner included bowls of roasted cockroaches as one of the starters.
The tennis superstar, 41, went public with a video in her Instagram Stories of one of her remarkably brave guests swallowing a roach to the shock of the other diners.
The athlete included a snapshot of the roaches with the slogan, ‘roach anyone?’
Serena Williams’ friend Justus is seen flinging a forkful of cockroach in her mouth while Serena and her gathering have their eyes pasted to her.
The tennis star’s pal has an instant of repentance as she quickly covers her mouth and looks as if she’s about to vomit up the creepy crawler, but she regains her self-control.
The party goers were heard in the video remarking on the exquisite cuisine!
One person can be heard stating, ‘ I cannot, I’ll throw up.’
‘You need a chip,’ Serena recommends as a palate cleanser, and the woman takes a swallow of a double shot of tequila to literally dissolve the cockroach.
Serena also shared some of her happy-go-lucky looks, including a sparkling pink sweater and a pink plaid wide-brimmed hat with superfluous floral designs.
Later, she shared a short clip of herself and her party boogying in the moonlight by the sea.
She sang along to the famous Mexican folk song, La Bamba, while a mariachi band played behind her.
She had changed into a body clinging blue dress and wore her hair in braids.
