She has shared numerous workout inspiration videos over social media, and her recent video is perhaps the most intense yet.

The world 9th seed is currently visiting IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla, and utilizing their world-class training facilities. In an Instagram short video posted recently, she enters the gym with a phrase that says she’s ready to work—and work she does:

The swift-paced video takes fans through a typical exercise session for the 2-time Grand Slam champion.
Muguruza covers modules targeting almost all the major muscle groups, performing them with the skill one only gets from being a top athlete.

The session is highlighted by fast-feet drills, medicine ball slams, single arm rows and some that will no doubt boost her agility on court.

Muguruza ends the training routine with a short rest, followed by an ice bath.

It’s enough to motivate anyone into getting active and moving into the gym with rejuvenated gusto.

Garbine Muguruza is coming off her 2nd Olympic run, where she made it to the quarterfinals in singles.

She went down to Elena Rybakina in straight sets, but has clearly wasted no time bouncing back to work.

She revealed this in an interview with the Spanish daily AS.

“I have wanted to do this for years. They do not have a program for civilians for such activities (no. Muguruza did scuba diving, mountain and sea rescue operations, police interventions). I didn’t do exactly what they usually do, but I was given the chance to be with a brigade every day.I was surprised to see how involved they are, how they throw themselves into situations that arouse fear and panic. Talking to them, I got rich, I took some things that apply to my business. I feel that now I can face difficult moments with more serenity and calm”, Explained Muguruza.
